limestone and are not suitable for anchoring. Therefore no anchorage
area is warranted as being suitable, by the terminal operator.
For this reason master of Tankers must not attempt to anchor
within the terminal area. This terminal is operated by Canadian
Occidental Petroleum Yemen (CANOXY).
